Vice President Mike Pence decided to attend a football game today. That game being the Indianapolis Colt’s vs the San Francisco 49er’s. When some of the players decided to kneel, his reaction was priceless.
In a statement on Twitter, he explained the reason for his actions:
“I left today’s Colts game because @POTUS and I will not dignify any event that disrespects our soldiers, our Flag, or our National Anthem.”

Apparently several of the 49er’s knelt for the National Anthem today.
Even funnier I think, is that according to Fox News, Colin Kaepernick reportedly has agreed that he will stand for the National Anthem now if he can just get signed on with a team.

Honestly I think that a proper punishment for all those not standing, would be to cut their salaries by at least half. I mean after all, even though firing them completely sounds like an awesome idea, do we really want them running around out there like a bunch of ants? But then again, at the rate they are going, there wont be much money left in their paychecks anyways.
I can’t wait to see what the stands look like on Super Bowl Sunday, not to mention to see how many advertisers pull out, or how sales are affected by how many people choose not to throw a Super Bowl party this year.
